My Story
My own healing journey showed me the power of therapy to transform pain into growth and create an authentic, more connected life.
I'm passionate about helping adults understand how childhood experiences continue to shape the way they think, feel, relate, and move through the world. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in recurring patterns, relationship challenges, or emotional responses without fully realizing how deeply those experiences are rooted in the past.
I believe therapy can help you do more than understand your past. It can help you understand yourself more fully, strengthen your relationships, regulate your emotions, and recognize that you have the power to choose new ways of responding, relating, and living.

"It takes enormous trust and courage to allow yourself to remember."

Beyond the office
Originally from Michigan, I've called the Bay Area home for more than twenty years. My own lifelong curiosity about people, commitment to personal growth, and experience raising four incredible sons continue to shape both who I am and the therapist I strive to be.
Outside the office, I'm a lifelong learner, and you'll probably find me at Pilates, reading, discovering new music, or spending time with my family.
